h2o is serious business. SeRiouS yeah, i’m kinda sensitive when it comes to brainfreeze. Most anything that’s cold (smoothies, ice cream, ice water, blended coffee, etc) will give me one.
That kind of sucks. I gotten my first brainfreeze in a while today eating ice cream, but that’s only because I was just…shoving it down my mouth and being careless.

it just tasted better to me. i mean, if it was super hot, i’d want cold water, but if not, it was just way too cold. i also used to chug my water and when it’s super cold it’s harder and brainfreeze.
I would have never imagined our preferences on water to be such a hot button issue.

I only get brainfreeze when I’m eating ice cream, I consider myself pretty lucky in that regard.

i used to like room temperature water but i switched to cold water because the colder it is, the better for your metabolism.
Drinking warm or room temperature water is a thing?
I don’t want to come off as snooty but… why?
For some reason, the only way I’ll drink warm or hot water is when there’s tea in it.
I can’t stand the taste of room temp water because it feels so slimy when I swallow it, unlike colder water.
